The THRIVE Score

The THRIVE Score is a clinical scoring system designed to help clinicians better understand a patient's chances of having a good outcome after acute ischemic stroke.

(THRIVE = Totaled Health Risks in Vascular Events)

What is your patient's NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score?
What is your patient's age?
Does your patient have a history of hypertension? YES
NO
Does your patient have a history of diabetes mellitus? YES
NO
Does your patient have a history of atrial fibrillation? YES
